Simple printing guide
Follow this quick visual guide to print puzzles, calendars, planners, checklists, and templates cleanly on standard home-printer paper.

Open the puzzle, calendar, planner, checklist, or template you want to print.
Step 02
Click the green Print button on the printable page. It opens your browser print dialog with the printable area ready.
Step 03
Use Letter size in the US or A4 in most other regions. Most printables are designed to fit one standard page.
Step 04
Choose 100% scale or Fit to printable area. Use Default or Minimum margins so nothing gets cut off.
Step 05
Turn off headers and footers if your browser adds the URL, date, or page number at the top or bottom.
Step 06
Print immediately, or choose Save as PDF to keep a copy on your device for later.
These settings work well for most home printers and browser print dialogs.

Letter 8.5 × 11 in or A4, depending on your printer paper.
Portrait for most printables. Use Landscape only when the page says so.
Start with 100%. Use “Fit to printable area” if anything is cut off.
Default or Minimum usually works best.

On, if the printable has light shaded boxes or design accents you want to keep.
Set Scale to 100%. If it is still small, switch from “Fit to page” to “Actual size.”
Use “Fit to printable area” or change margins from Minimum to Default.
Open More settings in the print dialog and turn off Headers and footers.
Enable Background graphics in your browser print settings.
